Ross Juniors u11s and a combined u12 team took a trip to Wotton-under-Edge on Saturday for some friendlies against Wotton Rovers before going on to watch Forest Green Rovers take on Maidstone in the National League. In glorious sunshine the u11s, which included 3 debutants, ran out comfortable 7 – 0 winners but the u12s match was a more even affair which was eventually won by the hosts. On to the New Lawn and the boys had a tour of the stadium before watching FGR draw 2 – 2 with the Kent side.
